honestly, in my experiences with sq crew, as far as i can recall, they have not been good. it's a pity because i expected them to be. they don't smile (prob only when you're boarding) and appear arrogant. even when they serve you, they do a half-hearted, even shoddy attempt of it. just my two cents' worth. maybe i was young (in my teens) at those times, i don't know, so the crew don't quite take you seriously. but after reading your book janet, i come to understand a bit more about their situation. so maybe next time i'll observe and consider other factors happening onboard the flight before i pass my judgements about their demeanour and service provided
